Video: GAL – The Path to Equity in East Asia

Oxfam has engaged in the implementation of Gender Action Learning (GAL) Since September 2014. In partnership with Gender@work, Oxfam had put many efforts to bring three local NGO partners of Oxfam from Cambodia and Vietnam (PanNature) to participate in a training program-“Gender Action Learning or (GAL)”. This video is to highlight the significant learning of GAL process and how this initiative supports Oxfam and partners to bring gender justice to the next level and to build their confidence, knowledge and skills so that they could bring about changes in their lives and in their communities.

ADDA and PanNature Team Orient Provinces on CEMI Project

Between June 2-7, the Country Representative and National Project Manager of ADDA, accompanied by Mr. Hoang Xuan Thuy, the Deputy Director of the partner NGO, PanNature, travelled to Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau to orient the Provincial Farmers’ Unions of the three provinces and other local representatives on the new project, ‘Climate Change and Ethnic Minorities in Northern Vietnam’.

Signing MoU with GreenViet on Biodiversity Conservation

Greenviet Biodiversity Conservation Center (GreenViet) and People and Nature Reconciliation (PanNature) have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation and effort in developing, implementing and sharing information about nature conservation and environmental protection in Vietnam.

Awareness Survey and Assessment on the Environment and Coastal Natural Resource Management of Soc Trang Province

PanNature was selected to implement the activity “Assessment about the awareness of coastal zone management and general environmental awareness in Soc Trang Province”. From 5-20 May 2008, three PanNature researchers worked in cooperation with project counterpart staff at the province, district and commune levels to carry out assessment activities in Soc Trang City and the districts of Cu Lao Dung, Vinh Chau and Long Phu. This technical report presents the results of the field survey. It describes the local awareness on environmental issues and management of coastal resources of different target groups of Soc Trang Province.
