Oxfam has engaged in the implementation of Gender Action Learning (GAL) Since September 2014. In partnership with Gender@work, Oxfam had put many efforts to bring three local NGO partners of Oxfam from Cambodia and Vietnam (PanNature) to participate in a training program-“Gender Action Learning or (GAL)”.
