Lau A Thanh holds a degree in Business Administration from the National Economic and Technical College. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Secretary of the Youth Union in Bo Nhang 2 village, Van Ho district, Son La province. Prior to officially joining PanNature as a Field Assistant in February 2026, he spent three years supporting field activities, gaining extensive hands-on experience in local nature conservation efforts.

Nguyen Thi Minh Hai graduated from Hanoi University of Industry with a degree in Corporate Finance. She joined PanNature in May 2026 as Finance and Accounting Manager. Prior to joining PanNature, she accumulated 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management with companies and non-governmental organizations in Vietnam, including the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP).

Khanh Ly graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City in June 2019, majoring in Social Work. She has five years of experience working on community development projects in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast of Vietnam. Khanh Ly joined PanNature in February 2026 as a Community Communications Officer in the GLAD Project in Gia Lai province.

Tran Viet Dong is a Technical Officer of the GLAD Project at PanNature, specializing in biodiversity conservation, forest restoration, and community-based natural resource management. He holds a Master's degree in Forestry from Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry and has over 10 years of experience working in conservation programs across Central and Central Highlands Vietnam. At PanNature, his work focuses on promoting tree planting and agroforestry integrated with forest protection and restoration, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation and Vietnam’s Nationally Determined Contributions.
