Nguyen Thi Minh Hai graduated from Hanoi University of Industry with a degree in Corporate Finance. She joined PanNature in May 2026 as Finance and Accounting Manager. Prior to joining PanNature, she accumulated 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management with companies and non-governmental organizations in Vietnam, including the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP).
Her experience includes managing organizational and grant budgets, monitoring expenditures, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements. At PanNature, Hai is responsible for the organization’s overall financial management, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, grant financial management, and supporting sound financial controls and accountability across PanNature’s programs and operations.
