Tran Viet Dong is a Technical Officer of the GLAD Project at PanNature, specializing in biodiversity conservation, forest restoration, and community-based natural resource management. He holds a Master's degree in Forestry from Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry and has over 10 years of experience working in conservation programs across Central and Central Highlands Vietnam. At PanNature, his work focuses on promoting tree planting and agroforestry integrated with forest protection and restoration, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation and Vietnam’s Nationally Determined Contributions.

Nguyen Thi Nhan graduated from the Faculty of Biotechnology at Ho Chi Minh City Open University. She has three years of experience working in Administration and Human Resources at Gia Lai Smart Energy Company, and five years as a Sustainability Officer at companies under the OLAM Group (Singapore), where she gained hands-on experience in implementing livelihood support activities, promoting gender equality, and advancing sustainable agricultural development. She joined PanNature in February 2026 as an Administrative and Logistic Officer for the GLAD project in Gia Lai.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung joined PanNature in May 2026 as the Organizational Development Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in communications, public advocacy, and nature conservation. Prior to joining PanNature, she worked at the Education for Nature – Vietnam (ENV), where she served as Deputy Director and Manager of the Communications and Public Awareness Program.
