Mr. Ly Van Hoang is a forestry engineer with more than 10 years of experience in forest management, protection, and restoration. He previously worked with the Bac Kan Forestry Company and the Bac Kan City Forest Protection Department, and also served as a Technical Officer for the KfW8 project on sustainable forest management and biodiversity conservation.

Since 2023, he has been involved in biodiversity conservation activities in the Kon Ha Nung Biosphere Reserve, Gia Lai Province, with a focus on native tree species, agroforestry, community livelihoods, and wildlife surveys and conservation, particularly for primates, birds, and other mammals.

Mr. Hoang currently works as a Field Officer at PanNature’s field office in Van Ho Commune, Son La Province.
