District, S?n La Province,\u201d funded by\u00a0Cummins DKSH Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>Xu\u00e2n Nha is a mountainous commune in V\u00e2n H? district, where over 95% of the population belongs to ethnic minority groups, primarily White Th\u00e1i and M??ng. The commune borders the Xu\u00e2n Nha Nature Reserve, an area rich in biodiversity but facing threats of deforestation and biodiversity loss due to unsustainable exploitation.<\/p>\n<p>With an average income of approximately 19.5 million VND per person per year and over 35% of households classified as poor or near-poor, supporting sustainable livelihoods is critical.
