Policy Program

Vietnam has a good system of environmental and conservation laws. Nevertheless, implementation and enforcement of these laws are still considered to be weak and inefficient despite intensive efforts from the Government and other agencies.

Our Environmental Policy Program aims at building up capacity of Vietnamese civil society to monitor law enforcement and implementation. PanNature will actively contribute to better protection of the environment and conservation of natural resources through an integrated approach, including (i) implementing independent initiatives, (ii) promoting public information, and (iii) carrying out joint efforts with government.
