Networking and Partnership

a) Increase networking and sharing among interested Vietnamese
We believe there are many like-minded Vietnamese organizations committed to protecting Vietnam’s natural resources and the environment, who find it difficult to meet and discuss ideas and share experiences.

We will build a network of innovators and practitioners, with special focus on young groups and civil society organizations.

b) Provide direct material support to Vietnamese conservation groups
We believe access to funds is one obstacle to greater civil society involvement in environmental activities in Vietnam.

We will establish a small funding mechanism to support local civil society organizations and groups in organizational development, local intervention projects, and piloting environmental protection initiatives.
